The prosecution filed an indictment at the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court against Raz Weinberger (49) from Ein HaChoresh in central Israel for inciting posts on his X account calling for the murder of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, coalition members and their supporters. According to the indictment, over a period of about a month and a half, against the backdrop of and leading up to the 26th Knesset elections, Weinberger published 21 inciting posts on his public account on the network. According to the indictment, Weinberger wrote, among other things: "Netanyahu, the greatest traitor in the history of the state - his sentence is death"; "Cursed traitor, your memory must be erased, burn you along with your psychotic spouse and her two sons while you are still alive." The indictment attributes to him 10 counts of incitement to terrorism and 18 counts of incitement to violence.
