Complaint filed to ICC against 24 IDF soldiers for killing of Hind Rajab in Gaza

The pro-Palestinian "Hind Rajab" Foundation, which has been "hunting" soldiers who participated in fighting in the Gaza Strip, has filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court in The Hague against 24 IDF soldiers and commanders, claiming they are responsible for killing 6-year-old Hind Rajab, six of her family members and two Red Crescent workers in Gaza City on January 29, 2024. The foundation claims these actions constitute "war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide" according to the Rome Statute. In parallel to the complaint in The Hague, criminal proceedings have also been initiated in other countries, including Argentina, against one of the soldiers from the tank crew involved.
