36 Israelis have been evacuated so far from the conflict zone in Ethiopia. Four other Israelis remain in the city of Lalibela, and they are expected to leave the country tomorrow by helicopter. The evacuation operation was led by the Foreign Ministry, the embassy in Addis Ababa, the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs, Knesset Member Pnina Tamano-Shata and Israeli businessman Lior Yesayes. The Ethiopian army assisted in the evacuation operation and ensured the safety of the Israelis.
