Itamar Eichner|
The Prime Minister's Office has released a statement regarding the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, saying that "Israel will continue to work with international agencies, the United States and European countries to ensure that humanitarian aid reaches the Gaza Strip." The statement also said that "as part of this effort, Israel has suspended IDF operations in main populated areas of Gaza between 10:00 and 20:00 each day and has designated secure routes to ensure safe passage for additional convoys providing aid. Unfortunately, Hamas steals aid from the Gaza population many times by shooting at Palestinians."
