Blue and White party leader Benny Gantz responded to remarks by Yisrael Beiteinu party leader Avigdor Liberman at the 'Time of Decision: Democracy and Society' conference by Ynetnews and Yedioth Ahronoth in partnership with the Israel Democracy Institute, in which he said all parties that do not pass the electoral threshold should unite. Gantz wrote: 'Evet, those who boycott half the nation cannot preach unity. Boycotts and hatred are leading us to a civil war that I am determined to prevent. We do not need another narrow government - Israel must have a Zionist government that crosses blocs and can address the challenges from within and without. We will put an end to the war of the blocs.'
