Police updated that so far they have received eight complaints against Haim Rotter, chairman of the "HaShomrim" organization operating in Bnei Brak, on suspicion of sex offenses committed against minors and adults. Police call on the public: "If anyone has been harmed by his actions, or knows about harm caused by another person, they should report it."
