Border Police fighters arrested overnight, under Shin Bet guidance, a Fatah operative in the village of Qalqilya in the West Bank, who is suspected of promoting terrorist activity against security forces. The fighters entered the village in a stormy manner and reached the compound where the suspect was staying. The forces surrounded the building and implemented a 'pressure cooker' procedure, at the end of which the suspect emerged and surrendered to the fighters. The suspect was transferred for further handling and Shin Bet interrogation.
