A teen around 14 years old was seriously injured after apparently colliding with a glass door in Tel Hai. Magen David Adom crews provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa. MDA paramedic Noya Avitan and MDA medics Doron Abuhav and Noa Peri said: 'The teen was fully conscious and suffered serious injuries to his limbs. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment that included stopping bleeding, bandaging and administering medication, and evacuated him to the hospital in serious but stable condition.'
