Report: Gunmen open fire on ship south of Yemen, security guards return fire

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) agency reported that it received a report of a shooting incident in the Gulf of Aden south of Yemen. A cargo ship reported that a boat with six gunmen approached it and an exchange of fire broke out between the gunmen and the ship's security teams. According to the report, at the end of the exchange of fire, the gunmen turned back.
