A stun grenade was thrown at the home of Amnon Maximov, CEO of the Elad municipality, and the car of Shimon Suissa, chief of staff to the mayor, was set on fire. Police have opened an investigation. The municipality stated: 'We will not be deterred by threats - we will continue to act decisively for the city's residents. Following the incidents that occurred in recent hours, including threats directed at senior municipality officials, the Elad municipality clarifies that it will not be deterred by criminal elements attempting to terrorize residents and the municipality's management. These are illegitimate attempts to instill fear and harm the public's sense of security.'
