Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met at his Jerusalem office with US Senator Lindsey Graham. The senator said: "We had many achievements in 2025, and I want to ensure that 2026 will be a year of peace and defeating the bad guy. My impression is that Hamas is not disarming, but rearming, they are trying to establish their control in Gaza. Hezbollah is also trying to produce more weapons - this is an unacceptable outcome."
