TEVEL, the operator of the Red Line light rail in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area, announced that following a traffic accident near Yoseftal Station in Bat Yam, the Red Line will operate on a shortened route. The announcement stated that 'Line R1 will operate from HaAtzmaut Station in Bat Yam to the Central Station in Petah Tikva in both directions. Line R3 service remains normal.'
