Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani said that "Israel is an enemy to its neighbors in the region, not a democracy among nations." In his speech at the UN General Assembly, he claimed that "the Israeli government has abandoned the goal of releasing the hostages. Its real goal is to destroy Gaza."
