Police have opened an investigation into the shooting incident in which a young man was critically injured on Herzl Street in south Tel Aviv - on suspicion of attempted murder. The police also reported that the victim is a 24-year-old illegal resident from the village of Hawara in Samaria, and that during searches in the building where the young man was shot, 12 additional illegal residents were arrested.
