Police arrested a 35-year-old Palestinian man from the village of Al-Za'ayyem in the Jerusalem area overnight on suspicion of stealing a car in the Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood after removing children who were inside. "According to the initial investigation findings, the car owner left her vehicle running for a short time with her two young children inside. The suspect was interrogated and his detention was extended today at the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court until April 23," authorities said.
