The Jerusalem Faction announced preparations for 'stormy' ultra-Orthodox protests against the draft nationwide, following the arrest of two deserters. The deserters were arrested by traffic police on Highway 6 while attempting to hitchhike and were transferred to military police. One of those arrested is the son of the head of the 'Maalot HaTorah' yeshiva. Police Commissioner Dani Levy ordered an investigation into the arrest.
