Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that Tehran's nuclear program "cannot be eliminated through military strikes, because Iranian science is a capability that will always remain. Negotiations and diplomacy are the only ways to reach a solution on the nuclear issue." According to him, "Our cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency will not cease, it will take a different form in the future to ensure the security of nuclear facilities. We are ready to return to the negotiating table, but it must not be a cover for other plans. We will not accept an agreement without uranium enrichment."
