The National Cyber Directorate has warned that in recent hours many citizens have received SMS messages in English attempting to solicit cooperation with Iranian entities. According to the directorate, this is a malicious message intended to mislead or cause panic. The message was distributed from an Israeli number and was also received by high-ranking Israelis. The Cyber Directorate stated that the message should be completely ignored, the number should be blocked, marked as spam and the message should not be forwarded.
