Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi addressed the nuclear talks with the U.S., saying "If other parties were capable of militarily destroying our nuclear facilities, they wouldn't engage in negotiations with us." According to him, "Negotiations mean that other parties cannot impose their will on Iran. Iran's defense and missile capabilities are what provide the ability and power for negotiations."
