Revolutionary Guards spokesman Hussein Mohabi said that "the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz is subject to Tehran's mechanism and conditions, and has no connection to negotiations with Oman." He added that "the Strait of Hormuz will open if the United States fully accepts Iran's conditions and stops interfering in regional negotiations."
