IDF spokesman in Arabic, Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee, issued an evacuation notice to residents in the Khan Younis area in southern Gaza Strip. He stated that "The IDF continues to operate forcefully to destroy terrorist organizations in the area. For your safety, you are required to evacuate immediately northward to recognized shelters in Deir al-Balah and avoid returning to dangerous locations."
