Mother of Nimrod Cohen: 'Prime Minister and cabinet - you have no right to prevent my child from returning'

|
Vicky Cohen, mother of kidnapped soldier Nimrod Cohen, said in a statement about the release of images from his abduction video ahead of the full video's publication tonight, that "What you see is the worst nightmare of every mother in Israel. My helpless child was taken and dragged cruelly into hell, and as a mother I have nothing to do - only watch in complete helplessness to the sound of my beloved son's cries of despair." She added: "Government of Israel, Prime Minister, Cabinet ministers - put yourselves in my shoes, a mother who hasn't breathed for 689 nights and days. You have no right to prevent my child from returning. You must ensure that the deal becomes a comprehensive deal."
