Iranian foreign minister: 'No agreement reached to start new negotiations with U.S.'

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that "our constant policy has been that Iran is not against negotiations, but is not willing to negotiate under conditions set by Washington. We rejected direct negotiations with Washington and suggested indirect negotiations with new conditions." He added: "I clearly state that no agreement, arrangement or dialogue has been reached to begin new negotiations."
