Defense Minister Israel Katz wrote on X that he sends condolences to the family of Sgt. Moshe Yitzhak Hacohen Katz, who fell in Lebanon. Katz wrote that 'Moshe chose to leave a full life in the United States, immigrate to Israel and enlist in the IDF out of a sense of Zionism and deep mission. I salute him for his bravery and his contribution to the security of the State of Israel.'
