Democrats leader Yair Golan responded on his X account to the attack on European diplomats near Ramallah, writing that "the Netanyahu-Smotrich coalition is drowning us all in a sea of terror. Jewish terror must be fought with an iron fist, exactly as Palestinian terror is fought. Administrative detention must be reinstated against dangerous Jewish terror activists, in accordance with the law, terror hubs must be dismantled, illegal outposts evacuated, rioters arrested and brought to trial. There is no immunity for Jewish terrorists. There is no compromise with nationalist violence. Israeli law must apply to everyone."
