|
Russia and Ukraine reported that Kyiv attacked a major refinery in the city of Kstovo in the Nizhny Novgorod region, located about 250 miles east of the capital Moscow. This is Russia's fourth-largest refinery and it was already bombed by Ukraine at the end of last August. In footage distributed by residents of the area and published on Telegram channels in Russia and Ukraine, explosions can be heard and several fire hotspots are visible at the refinery, alongside rising black smoke.
