Hamas military wing Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades on Friday praised recent violence in Jerusalem.
"We stand behind our people who stand firm in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa [Mosque], praising their blessed intifada [uprising] in the face of the occupation," a statement read. "We tell the enemy not to test our patience, for the sake of our Jerusalem we will turn the table on its head and shuffle all the cards."
