The Health Ministry is preparing regulations according to which it will be able to people without a vaccine certificate - given to those who were fully inoculated or recovered from the pathogen - who will try to enter places which are allowed to serve only those who have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus or otherwise recovered.
Among the places that will operate under the Green Label are hotels, gyms and cultural and sports events.
