PM slams Meridor for objecting to prioritize Israeli goods

|
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday slammed the head of the Finance Ministry's budget department, Shaul Meridor, who the premier claims acted against his directive to prioritize Israeli goods during the coronavirus crisis.
Meridor has stated that he does not intend to give Israeli products priority in tenders over exported goods, from states such as China and Turkey, because it means utilizing restrictions on international trade, which could increase in the cost of living in Israel.
