Patient 78 is a 49-year-old woman from the south of the county who had been in contact with a previously confirmed infected patient.
She has been under home quarantine since Tuesday but spent time in Beer Sheba and Ofakim before her internment.
Patient 79 also from the south and quarantined since Tuesday, had traveled by train to Rishon Lezion and back.
