MK Ilan Gilon of Meretz also voiced on Monday his support for his party's decision to unite with the Labor-Gesher faction ahead of the March 2 elections.
"I've been pushing for this partnership to happen for quite some time," said Gilon, "it's a partnership that will spark the flames of hope for a just society, and for a country that strives for peace."
