Prime Minister Naftali Bennett thanked Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez, who visited Israel Wednesday, for his country's support of Israel.
"Under your leadership, Honduras has consistently been by the side of Israel," said Bennett during a joint statement with Hernandez.
"This is testimony to true friendship, the willingness to take action. I want to thank you and the public in Honduras for the same support. We saw this recently in 'Operation Guardian of the Wall' against Hamas."
