A 17 year old resident of the West Bank was indicted on Tuesday for a racially motivated hate crime against Palestinians with the aim of causing bodily harm and damage to property.
According to court filings the youth along with seven others, who's identity is not known, conspired to harm Palestinians and their property in the West Bank village of Satra that resulted in the injury of a 61 year old man.
