CBS says unemployment rate 12.3%, significantly lower than Employment Service data

The Central Bureau of Statistics says the rate of unemployment in the country rose to to 12.3% in the first half of July, a significantly lower figure than the 21.4% reported Thursday by the Israeli Employment Service.
