Abbas instructs troops not to block Palestinians from clashing with IDF

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas instructed his security forces not to prevent Palestinians from clashing with IDF troops in the West Bank.
The directive came in advance of "day of rage" called on Wednesday in response to the Trump peace plan that will be revealed on Tuesday.
Abbas refused to speak to U.S. President Donald Trump over the phone, according to Palestinian sources.
