Coronavirus czar intends to take tracing out of Health Ministry and make Defense Ministry in charge

Newly appointed head of coronavirus testing task force Professor Ronni Gamzu is intending to remove the management of epidemiological investigation for coronavirus cases from the Health Ministry and assign it to the Defense Ministery following a meeting with Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Friday.
Health Ministry officials oppose the move.
