PM says will form panel to determine 'best manner' for financial aid distribution

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the beginning of the cabinet meeting on Sunday said he will form a ministerial committee to decide the best way to distribute the financial aid to those affected by coronavirus.
"We will form a team of ministers who will determine the best manner of distribution," he said. "The emphasis is on speed. Both in mechanism and in decision making."
