The Health Ministry Monday evening reported that 1,204 new coronavirus cases were diagnosed since midnight.
The death toll since the start of the pandemic stands at 2,924.
Out of the 13,393 patients currently battling the disease, 332 are in serious condition, with 89 connected to ventilators.
