IDF troops to assist in enforcing coronavirus restrictions in red zones

The IDF spokesperson announced Friday that as of Monday when the new restrictions on red zones is to come into effect, 500 active duty soldiers will be deployed to assist police in enforcement of the restrictions imposed on red zones with high infection rates of COVID-19.
The epidemiological tracing operations set up by the IDF will also begin carrying out its mission.
