Israel sees coronavirus infection rate drop below 2%

The Health Ministry reported on Tuesday evening that Israel's coronavirus infection rate has dropped below 2% for the first time in weeks.
The ministry said since midnight Tuesday 480 tested positive for COVID-19 after more than 26,000 tests had been conducted, putting the contagion rate at 1.8%.
