First snow of the year lands on top of Mount Hermon

|
The first snow of the season fell Friday morning at Mitzpe Shelegim - a high summit in the Hermon ridge (2,224 meters - 7,300 feet) that is not open to visitors. No snow fell at the Hermon site itself, which is lower on the mountain.
