Health Ministry reports 780 new coronavirus cases Wednesday

The Health Ministry reported Thursday morning that 780 new coronavirus cases were diagnosed on Wednesday.
The death toll from the virus since the start of the pandemic stands at 2,739.
Out of the 8,381 patients currently battling the disease, 304 are in serious condition, with 138 connected to ventilators.
With 46,385 tests conducted Wednesday, the contagion rate stands at 1.7%.
