Despite economy reopening, Israel's unemployment rates still high

Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics show that despite the reopening of the economy, there were still 639.9 thousand (15.4%) unemployed in the country in the second half of February, compared to 744.3 thousand (18.2%) unemployed in the first half of February.
Data further showed that there were approximately 789.4 thousand (19.1%) unemployed at the height of the third closure, in the second half of January.
