Finance Minister Israel Katz does not intend to bring his plan to cut wages in the public sector to the government's approval until after Rosh Hashanah.
The plan was to be brought for approval on September 13, but Katz withdrew from his decision for fear that the economy would be shuttered due to the increase in the number of coronavirus cases throughout the country.
