Israel freezes ties with UN rights chief over settlement 'black list'

Israel is to suspend ties with United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet following the publication of a "black list" of domestic and international companies operating in West Bank settlements.
The decision was taken at the direction of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
