Israel Border Police arrested on Sunday 171 Palestinians who illegally infiltrated Israel from the Meitar Border Crossing in the southern region of the West Bank.
The group was arrested as part of an operation that included police ambushes and sightings.
Two of them were taken to interrogation and the rest returned to their homes Palestinian Authority.
