Leader of the Gaza based terrorist group Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, on Monday attended a funeral in Tehran of top Iranian general, Qassem Soleimani, who was assassinated by the U.S. in Baghdad on Friday.
"The resistance on the lands of Palestine and its surrounding area will not weaken and will not back down," said Haniyeh during the funeral, "these assassinations only serve to strengthen our resolve to free Jerusalem, with Soleimani being Jerusalem's own martyr."
