Cyprus vying for tourists says will cover expenses of those infected by COVID-19

The government of Cyprus announced it would cover the costs to tourists should they contract COVID-19 on their visit to the island.
All hotels, food, and medical bills will be covered according to the government, and tourists will have to bear only the cost of a taxi to the airport.
Cyprus relies heavily on tourism for its economy.
Commercial flight to and from Israel are to resume June 9.
