New York Times: The Revolutionary Guards massacred 40 to 100 unarmed protesters

The New York Times published an investigation on Monday into the recent wave of protests in Iran, and the violence against the protesters, in which a massacre that took place in Southern Iran was described.
There, according to evidence, the Revolutionary Guards shot dead 40 to 100 protesters - most of them young unarmed - in a sugarcane field where they were hiding.
Meanwhile, the number of fatalities in demonstrations in Iran is unclear.
According to international human rights organizations, opposition organizations and Iranian journalists, at least 2,000 have been injured and 7,000 arrested.
