Health Ministry reports 1,644 people tested positive for coronavirus on Tuesday

Health officials say 1,644 people were confirmed with COVID-19 on Tuesday indicating a 6.2% positivity rate out of 27,779 tests conducted.
Also reported were six new virus-related deaths, bringing the national death toll to 719.
Out of the 23,779 patients currently battling the pathogen, 401 are in serious condition, with 118 connected to ventilators.
At least 72,498 people have so far recovered from the disease.
